Helical Gear System
The helical gear system facilitates the independent circular motion of two beds at any single instance—namely, the examination bed, precisely rotated using a Nema 17 stepper motor, and the secondary bed (LED bed), which undergoes faster rotation driven by an N20 motor.
Lighting System
The system includes a novel lighting setup on a rotatable secondary bed, providing ambient lighting and antiglare properties.The LED strip is programmable to provide different colors and intensity. It is fixed to a secondary bed that is rotated at a higher speed by an N20 motor using a helical gear.
Camera Arm
The Camera Arm is designed in such a way that, at any instance within its range of motion of 180 degrees, it consistently faces the bed. This is achieved through a 10-degree angle tilt.
